POSITION: Cinematic Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:​

  • Created and animated placeholder cutscenes.

  • Supported in creating the cinematic script pipeline, and sequencer setup.

  • Created scene files for animators, this included backgrounds, characters and props.

  • Mobu to editor cinematic exports.

  • Scripted timing of lights, VFX, SFX, music, dialogue, screen effects, weather.

  • Built every cinematic character file used in all scenes across the game (this was hundreds of unique characters as this game features large armies).

  • Debugged animation stuttering, alignment issues, VFX and light flickering, audio.

  • Managed other Cinematic Designers day to day tasks and represented the team and it's progress at cinematic standups.
